Standard delivery time for UK mainland is usually 2-10 working days. You will be informed of any possible delays, so please give us a reliable daytime phone number so that we may contact you.
Where an item is in stock we normally despatch within 24 hours.
It would be impossible for us to carry all items in stock. We place regular orders with our suppliers and provided the supplier has the item(s) in stock then there should not be any unreasonable delay in delivering your order.
Should any delay be unavoidable then we will inform you as soon as possible.

DELIVERY TIMES / LIABILITY
The time in days figure quoted above, excludes Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays and all delivery times are subject to stock availability.
Any out of stock items will be despatched as soon as they come into stock.
Liability - Please note that we cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or loss by our carriers, only for the value of lost goods.
We must be contacted within 7 days of you receiving your goods.
Should you need to return any item please contact us by email to obtain a return code advising the reason for the return.
Unsuitable items must be returned unused and in the original packaging. Enclose a letter giving your name, address and telephone number, give details of the reason for return and what action you wish us to take.
In the case of faulty goods they must be returned together with a letter giving your name, address and telephone number, giving full details of the fault and what action you wish us to take.
Any goods returned outside of these conditions will be charged a 20% restocking charge.
Hogparts UK are not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of suspected faulty or incorrectly supplied parts. (This does not affect your statutory rights.)
SHORTAGES OF GOODS
In the case of missing items we must be contacted immediately as we cannot guarantee to deal with any claim where we have not been notified upon receipt of your parcel.
